Responsibilities

• Assumes day-to-day supervision and direction for a small team.
• Analyze product specifications, creating and developing test plans and test strategies with respect to the underlying commercial framework.
• Establishing, expanding the test environment.
• A substantial part of the time, you will test yourself.
• Stakeholder management: responsible for and have ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation (team, business units, management)
• Making product improvement suggestions and conclusions about product quality

Requirements

• People management experience: resourcing, coordinating, motivating, follow-up.
• Project management experience: Quality, Risk & Scope management
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as (test) team leader.

• Knowledge of a Software Testing Methodology & Tools
• Proven experience in the field of software testing (client/server related testing is a strong plus)
• Knowledge of Software Testing Automation (including scripting) is an asset

• Good knowledge of working with Office (Excel, Access, Project)
• Good command of written and spoken English and good explanation skills
• Experience with working in international environment

• Flexible, ability to manage complicated tasks in a changing environment
